01What are Mysuru MSME Awards 2026?
A business recognition and growth platform created to identify, recognise and showcase outstanding MSMEs and entrepreneurs contributing to Mysuru's economic ecosystem.
02Who organizes the awards?
The awards are powered by Toya Corporate Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., acting as the organizing entity and Awards Secretariat.
03Is it only an awards ceremony?
No. The platform is designed around Learn, Connect, Grow and Celebrate.
04Is there a nomination fee?
No. Nomination is free (₹0).
05Do I need to purchase sponsorship or exhibition space?
No. Commercial participation is separate from award evaluation.
06How many categories can my company enter?
An eligible enterprise may apply for a maximum of two directly applicable categories.
07Can I apply for MSME of the Year?
No. It is a qualification-based recognition.
08Can someone nominate my business?
Yes. However, the business must accept the nomination and complete the official application.
09Who can participate?
Eligible MSMEs with substantial operations within Mysuru District, subject to category-specific requirements.
10Is Udyam Registration mandatory?
Yes, under the proposed common eligibility framework.
11Must my registered office be in Mysuru?
Not necessarily. Substantial business operations within Mysuru District are the key geographic requirement.
12Can a new business participate?
Potentially. Emerging MSME is intended for eligible enterprises with at least one year and not more than five years of commercial operations.
13Can large enterprises participate?
Competitive awards are intended for enterprises qualifying under applicable Micro, Small or Medium Enterprise classification.
14How are applications evaluated?
Through category-specific 100-point scorecards supported by documentary evidence and verification.
15What is the scoring structure?
70% Application & Documentary Assessment + 30% Finalist Assessment & Verification.
16Is there public voting?
No.
17Can sponsors influence winners?
No.
18Who evaluates applications?
Independent professionals drawn from relevant business and institutional disciplines.
19How many evaluators review an application?
The intended framework requires a minimum of three independent evaluators per application.
20How many finalists are selected?
Up to five per category, subject to the required standards.
21What recognitions are awarded?
Winner, 1st Runner-Up, 2nd Runner-Up and two Official Finalists.
22Does finalist status guarantee a podium award?
No.
23Will financial information become public?
Confidential financial and business information submitted for evaluation will not ordinarily be publicly disclosed.
24What finalist information may be published?
Approved business information such as company name, logo, category, leadership details, business description and selected achievements.
25Can additional documents be requested?
Yes, where necessary for verification.
26Will applicants receive jury scores?
Individual jury scores and confidential deliberations will not ordinarily be publicly disclosed.
27Can results change after being locked?
Only under exceptional documented circumstances such as material misrepresentation, eligibility failure or serious process error.
28What happens if false information is submitted?
The applicant may be disqualified and any recognition may be withdrawn.
